This summer program will help you set time aside to focus on YOU! Akaylah will guide you through exercise programming and nutrition to help you reach your summer goals and send you into the new school year refreshed, strong, and confident!
Programming Options
Teacher’s Schedule | June 10th – August 21st
Choose from two options below.
Options starting for just $15/session.

Option 1 | 3 Payments of $199
Monday/Wednesday 3:30 – 4:15pm
9 spots open for in - person.
(includes 2 sessions a week in -person & 2 online (optional),
+ 3 - 30 minute nutrition sessions
scheduled for June 10th, July 1st, and August 5th from 3:00-3:30pm

One Follow Up - 15 minute 1:1 Individual
Fitness & Wellness Coaching Session
w/Akaylah – Month of June

Option 2 | 3 Payments of $149
Monday/Wednesday 3:30 – 4:15pm
(includes 3 sessions a week : 1 in person (choose from above)
& 2 online via app)

Going to miss a week for vacation?
No worries – each month you will be provided with an at home/travel workout that you can do while you are away so you can maintain your habits!
